Research

In early 2018 we started a new long term research project with a few emphasized popcorn growers.

The consortiums main goal is to improve popcorn quality with complex field technology focusing on mycotoxins and other possible contaminations which could ruin popcorn quality.

In 2012-2013 we have completed an innovation project on possibities of lowering the mycotoxin levels of popcorn during popcorn processing using colour sorting technologies.
